In accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, placing an order by the Buyer on the website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer (acceptance) and means the conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement between the Seller and the Buyer on the terms set forth in this offer.
2. Terms and Definitions
Seller — HEDONIC online store that sells cosmetic products remotely.
Buyer — an individual who has placed an order on the website.
Goods — cosmetic products presented in the online store catalog.
Website — hedonic.com and all its subdomains.
3. Subject of the Agreement
The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the Goods selected on the website and paid for by the Buyer to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept the Goods and pay for them in the manner and on the terms specified in this offer.
4. Order Placement Procedure
4.1. The Buyer independently places an order on the website by selecting Goods from the catalog and adding them to the cart.
4.2. Registration or filling in contact details is mandatory for placing an order.
4.3. After placing an order, the Buyer receives confirmation via email or messenger.
5. Payment and Delivery
5.1. Payment is made by non-cash payment using payment services available on the website.
5.2. Delivery of Goods is carried out under the conditions specified in the “”Delivery and Payment”” section on the website.
The Buyer is obligated to check the condition of the Goods upon receipt.
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1. Cosmetic products of proper quality are not subject to return in accordance with Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994 (if they have been opened or used).
7. Liability of the Parties
7.1. The Seller is not liable for improper use of Goods by the Buyer.
7.2. In case of providing false information by the Buyer when placing an order, the Seller is not liable for the inability to deliver.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. This offer comes into effect from the moment of its publication on the website and remains valid until its revocation by the Seller.
8.2. The Seller has the right to change the terms of this offer unilaterally without prior notice to the Buyer, with changes taking effect from the moment of their publication on the website.
