Exchange and returns
We handle every order with care and are confident in the quality of our products.
Returns and exchanges are accepted for unused and unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or do not have their original protective packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact our support team as soon as possible and provide photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and offer a suitable solution.
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and checked. The refund is made by bank transfer to the customer’s account.
*According to Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.
